Summer Week / San Giorgio Mykonos Hotel

This week because the weather is so good to us I’d like to propose you some amazing beach houses.  I always dreamed to enjoy the summer in such a peaceful and relaxing place.

After its first pop-up project on a pristine beach in Tulum, Mexico, Design Hotels have launched their second venture, San Giorgio, on the Greek island of Mykonos. In association with Paradise Club, to which, naturally, each hotel guest receives VIP access, this 34-room hotel is a continuation of the group’s desire to create laid-back accommodations.

Seaside San Giorgio Mykonos is situated down the road from Paradise Club, the perfect party spot to dance the night away under the stars. Because of its vivid location between Paradise and Paraga beaches, this boutique property attracts a younger and hipper crowd. Downtown Mykonos as well as Mykonos Airport are a 10-minute drive from the San Giorgio.

The Design Hotels group created a hotel that feels like a friend’s house with a boho chic vibe. Here you can meet like-minded people in a true, simple and authentic setting.
San Giorgio Mykonos is a combination of a dreamy bohemian paradise and a perfect slice of Mediterranean cool. Everything here is made with love, and this boutique complex wouldn’t look out of place in a glossy design magazine.

This white washed wonderworld features interiors with stylish touches, and exhibits airy, minimalist rooms with rustic wooden furniture, local artifacts, and colourful cushions and carpets. Pick a room with stunning views of the azure blue Aegean from the privacy of your own balcony or veranda.

During the day choose to discover the numerous treasures of the island, laze in your hammock, or opt for beach-flopping and bar-hopping. As the evening hots up, enjoy local and fresh dishes from the regularly changing menu at rural tables alongside the pool deck.
